Rule 24-2-11.10 - Multidisciplinary Personnel at Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) and DMH/P ProvidersA. CMHCs certified under the DMH/C option and other community service providers certified as DMH/P providers must have multidisciplinary personnel, with at least the following disciplines represented:1. A psychiatrist who is board certified or board eligible and licensed to practice medicine in Mississippi (available on a contractual, part-time, or full-time basis).2. A psychologist licensed to practice in Mississippi (available on a contractual, part-time, or full-time basis).3. A full-time or full-time equivalent RN.4. A full-time or full-time equivalent Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisional-Licensed Professional Counselor (P-LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).5. A full-time or full-time equivalent business manager who is responsible for the fiscal operations of the agency provider.6. A full-time or full-time equivalent records practitioner or designated records clerk who is responsible for the supervision and control of all center records.7. An employee with one (1) of the following credentials: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisional-Licensed Professional Counselor (P-LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or DMH credential as a Mental Health Therapist to supervise children's mental health services on a full-time basis. This person must have administrative authority and responsibility for children's mental health services. This person may carry a caseload of 15 children, youth, or young adults.8. A designated full-time Crisis Coordinator who has either: (1) professional license; or (2) a DMH credential as a Mental Health Therapist and a minimum of two (2) years of experience and training in crisis response.9. CMHCs: A designated full-time Crisis Residential Services director who has either: (1) a professional license; or (2) a DMH credential as a Mental Health Therapist and a minimum of two (2) years of experience and training in crisis response.24 Miss.
