Rule 24-1-7.5.5 - FUNCTIONSA. The Advisory Council shall provide a mechanism for consumers, family members, mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse service providers to work together to identify and address needs of the consumers.B. The Advisory Council shall, through periodic review of the documentation of the nature and frequency of calls to the consumer helpline, identify trends which necessitate a change in the focus of the Department of Mental Health's focus on consumer needs.C. The operation of the Office of Constituency Services Advisory Council shall be in accordance with established Bylaws of the Council.24 Miss. Code. R. 1-7.5.5
