Rule 24-1-6.1.4 - REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS When information is requested:
A. The appropriate program must be in receipt of written authorization or authority for release of information prior to any search of records. B. Upon request for release, the program will make every effort to comply with request within five (5) working days. If for some reason this is impractical, the program will notify the person requesting the information of the delay and the approximate time the information will be available. C. Release of information to potential victims under Rule 6.1.3 E of this regulation will be made as soon as possible. D. Request for information must be specific as to whether all available Information or what part thereof is being requested. 24 Miss. Code. R. 1-6.1.4
