Rule 24-1-4.1.4 - REPORTING Annually, the Director of the Program shall forward to the Executive Director of the Department of Mental Health a report which shall include but not be limited to:
1. The number of patients receiving an acute course of ECT during the previous year; 2. The number of patients receiving Maintenance ECT during the previous year, including the frequency of the ECT and the total number of ECT treatments in the previous year; 3. A description of any procedural problems in administering the ECT regulations which have occurred during the previous year; and 4. A description of any unusual complications or serious adverse effects experienced by any patient receiving ECT in the previous year. 5. The number of outpatient ECT treatments. 6. A list of the diagnoses of each patient receiving ECT from DMH programs, including the number of patients from all DMH programs. 24 Miss. Code. R. 1-4.1.4
