Rule 23-102-7.2 - Definition of Childhood DisabilityA. An individual under the age of eighteen (18) is considered disabled under the SSI program if that child has a medically determinable physical or mental disability, which results in marked and severe functional limitation, and which can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of at least twelve (12) months. 1.
