Rule 22-4-18-18.1

All saltwater crabs and saltwater crab products purchased, sold, or shipped by a certified processor within, into or out of the State of Mississippi will be accompanied by a bill of lading or bill of sale with the following information:

A. Processor's name, address, and license/certificate number.

B. Date of transaction.

C. Name and address of consignee.

D. Type and quantity of saltwater crabs or saltwater crab products.
