Rule 22-19-06-6.8

Any person engaging in fishing activities must have a valid Mississippi Fishing License. Any person engaging in hunting actives must have a valid Mississippi Hunting License. Only species that can be lawfully taken with these licenses may be removed from state-owned CPAs.
