Rule 22-1-06-6.4 - Recall of Molluscan ShellfishA. When molluscan shellfish have been landed and moved into or through the handling, processing and/or marketing system and have been determined by the MDMR Authority as subjected to contamination that threatens public health, the molluscan shellfish will be recalled.B.
