The purpose of the Education Enhancement Program is to provide matching funds to Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCDs) for purchasing equipment that will result in reduced energy costs, reduced soil erosion, improved water quality, improved irrigation water management or will be used for conservation education activities.
