Pursuant to the Mississippi Land, Water and Timber Resources Act, Miss. Code Ann. §§ 69-46-1et seq., any and all subsequent amendments made thereafter, and all such other points of law that may be applicable, the Mississippi Land, Water and Timber Resources Board promulgates the following regulations, in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law, as may be necessary to further the provisions of the Act.
