All persons doing business as a dealer or livestock dealer shall register annually with the Mississippi Board of Animal Health. Application for such annual registration shall be made on forms provided by the Mississippi Board of Animal Health or from one of its representatives, prior to June 30th each year. The application shall state the complete name and address of the person who is doing business as a dealer, and all names, numbers or identification used by the person in doing business. The initial application must be recommended by a representative of the Mississippi Board of Animal Health and ratified or given final approval by the Board at a regular meeting. All initial applications for dealer registration must be submitted to Mississippi Board of Animal Health by November 1, 1982.
