Regular meetings of the board members of the Board of Animal Health shall be held quarterly without notice at 9:30 o'clock A.M. on the first Wednesday after the first Monday in the months of January, April, July, and October of each year. Said meetings shall be held at the Agriculture Building, 121 N. Jefferson St., Jackson, Mississippi, unless stated otherwise.
