The State Market Manager is charged with managing and controlling the market subject to the supervision of the Board and is authorized to employee personnel necessary for the operation of the market subject to the approval of the Board. The state market manager shall attend all the meetings of the Board and keep the minutes and shall have custody of all of the Board's books, records, papers and accounts.
