Section 2-1-3-12-124.1

The following administrative penalty guidelines have been set forth to inform the regulated public of the possible penalties for violations of the Mississippi Pure Seed Law. The guidelines have been developed to provide consistent, uniform, and fair penalties for violators, but does not limit the Department's authority to increase penalties or levy the maximum penalty for intentional violations or extenuating circumstances.
