In order for a license to be renewed, the licensee must submit a request for renewal on a form prescribed by the Division and show proof that he is knowledgeable of current technology by either attending a training course conducted by a qualified agency or organization or passing an examination administered by the Professional Soil Classifiers Advisory Committee.
