Public hearings for the adoption and promulgation of rules and regulations as provided by Miss. Code Ann. Section 75-47-7(4) and 75-47-27 of the Mississippi Fertilizer Law of 1970 shall be announced and conducted under procedures established by Section 25-43-7 of the Mississippi Administration Procedures Law.
