Section 2-1-3-03-112.01

"Industrial By-Product" means any industrial waste, by-product or co-product containing recognized plant nutrients in an available form and at significant levels to be considered a source of fertilizer material. Acceptable levels of such recognized plant nutrients shall be established by regulation.
