For the purposes of enforcement of Section 75-45-165(d) of the Act the Commissioner and State Chemist adopt the following as current good manufacturing practices:
1. The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for medicated feeds as published in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, Part 225, Sections 225.1 -225.115.2. The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for medicated premixes as published in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 226, Sections 226.1 -226.115.2 Miss. Code. R. 1-3-02-110
