The movement of any and all host plants of cottony-cushion scale from a property on which cottony-cushion scale is known to have been present or from a property in a locality in which cottony-cushion scale is known to have been generally distributed, under provisions of Miss. Code Ann. § 69-25-7, § 69-25-15, § 69-25-17, § 69-25-19, § 69-25-23, § 69-25-25 and § 69-25-35, it is hereby prohibited, until after such plant or plants have been treated in accordance with recommendations of authorized personnel of the Bureau of Plant Industry, Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, and the scale infestation pronounced as having been eradicated.
