Each grain warehouse shall file with the Commissioner the name and specimen of signature of each person authorized to sign warehouse receipts for the grain warehouse. The use of facsimile signature stamps is prohibited on receipts. Any changes or additions to such authorization shall be immediately brought to the attention of the Commissioner by the grain warehouseman.
