Each licensed warehouse or warehouseman shall permit any officer or authorized representative of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce to enter and inspect or examine, on any business day, during usual business hours, the grain warehouse's business, mode of conducting the same, facilities, equipment, inventories, property, books, records, accounts, papers and minutes of proceedings held at such grain warehouse, and any other records deemed relevant to the operation of the grain warehouse. The warehouseman shall provide the necessary assistance required for any examination made in accordance with the Act.
