Each warehouse shall be kept open for the purposes of receiving grain for storage and delivering out of storage every business day, except those warehouses which are open only for certain periods (example - harvest time). Every warehouseman shall post in a conspicuous place in his office and warehouse a notice stating the days of the week and the hours of each business day that he will remain open. Warehouses which are open only for certain periods shall have posted the name, address and telephone number of a responsible contact.
