Section 2-1-2-10-112.02

The warehouseman shall take a sample of each lot or truckload of grain so delivered and shall grade it or have it graded by a licensed grain inspector or competent person. When grain is delivered from storage or sold to the warehouseman where stored, receipts must be cancelled, date cancelled, and shall be so marked across the face of receipts.
