Section 2-1-2-10-104.01

Each applicant for a warehouse license shall, as a condition to the granting thereof, file or have on file with the Commissioner a current and effective bond, running to the Commissioner, executed by the applicant as principal, and by a corporate surety licensed to do business in this state, as surety.
