Section 2-1-2-09-103.05

If, at the end of the 60 days prior notice of cancellation, the grain dealer has not replaced the bond, he shall immediately notify all of the producers from whom he is currently buying grain and the holders of "price later contracts" that his bond has been cancelled and that he is no longer a licensed grain dealer.
