The document representing grain delivered to the grain dealer shall be clearly marked "Sold" and the price indicated thereon, unless it has been sold by means of a price later contract. In such case, the document will be marked "Sold Price Later Contract" or similar wording. This document does not replace or substitute for any other requirement of the Act or these rules and regulations.
