A consecutive page numbered permanent record of purchase receipts and shipments will be maintained and these records will be used to maintain the Daily Grain Transaction Report. This report must clearly indicate all grain which has been sold by means of a "price later contract." In cases where the grain dealer is also a licensed warehouseman, the Daily Position Report can be used in lieu of the Daily Grain Transaction Report and must be a consecutive page numbered permanent record.
