The application shall be accompanied by a current financial statement, prepared by and provided to the Department by an independent certified public accountant who is not affiliated with the grain dealer's business. The applicant must also execute and provide in conjunction with the application a financial audit release in a form prescribed by the Department. The release will authorize the applicant's auditor/CPA to directly disclose copies of the current financial statement to the Department.
