A recipient, local agency or farmer/farmers' market may appeal an adverse action of the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce (Department), including the denial of its application to participate, imposition of a sanction, or disqualification from participating in the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP).
