Rule 19-7-7.06 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Annual Reporting - Local Fire CodesA. In accordance with Miss. Code § 45-11-101, each county or municipality which has adopted a fire prevention code shall file an annual report with the State Fire Marshal's Office. B. A list of codes adopted by counties and municipalities will be reviewed and a list will be compiled showing which codes have provisions not less stringent than the Mississippi Fire Prevention Code.
