Section 19-7-3.03.5.2 - Building Systems and Compliance Assurance ProgramsApproval Required.
1. No modular home or component shall be manufactured for sale or installation in this state until the building system and compliance assurance program therefor have been approved by an approved design review agency.2. Separate approval of a building system and compliance assurance program must be obtained for each location at which the manufacturer intends to produce modular homes or components.3. The manufacturer shall submit three (3) copies of proposed building system and compliance assurance program documentation to an approved design review agency in the manner prescribed in this rule.19 Miss.
