Rule 19-7-12.02 - Purposes

The purpose of this Regulation is to set forth the rules and regulations regarding the procedural requirements which the Commissioner of Insurance (hereinafter "Commissioner") deems necessary to carry out the provisions of the Mississippi's Liquefied Compressed Gas laws found in Miss. Code Ann. §§ 75-57-1et seq., and to provide the methods and procedures of the Board.
