Rule 19-7-10.09 - ImplementationA. The State Fire Marshal may promulgate rules and regulations, pursuant to Section 25-43-1 et seq., necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.B. The commissioner in the regular course of conducting inspections of wholesale dealers, agents and retail dealers, as authorized under Section 27-69-1 et seq., may inspect such cigarettes to determine if the cigarettes are marked as required by Section 45-12-9. If the cigarettes are not marked as required, the commissioner shall notify the State Fire Marshal.19 Miss. Code. R. 7-10.09
