Rule 19-5-7.10 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Evaluator Conflict of Interest1. Evaluators may not have a financial interest in any project for which they inspect for designation purposes for the SMH program (SMH).2. Evaluators cannot be a contractor or supplier of any materials and/or products or systems installed in any home that they inspection for designation purposes for the SMH program.3. Evaluators cannot be a sales agent for any home being designated for the SMH program.4. Evaluators have a duty to inform the SMH program of any potential conflicts of interest.Miss.
