Rule 18-28- 5.5 - Roomer/Boarders

Roomer/boarder is individual who is not a related household member and is paying an unrelated landlord to reside in their residence. The roomer/boarder must obtain written verification from the landlord or the Landlord Verification Form to verify rent amount.
