Rule 18-25-1.7 - Access by APS Personnel to In-house Legal Counsel

The Department of Human Services (DHS) maintains in-house legal counsel with expertise in the subject matter of Adult Protective Services. The vendor will report to MDHS State Office, Aging and Adult Services, Adult Protective Services staff for any and all interpretation of policies, laws or procedures when necessary. All legal matters must be directed to MDHS State Office for resolution.
