Rule 18-25-1.5 - Eligibility for Adult Protective Services

Any person in Mississippi who meets the criteria for being a vulnerable person as defined in § 43-47-5(q) is eligible for services provided by Adult Protective Services. The definition of vulnerable person is also found in Policy 1.2 (q).
