Rule 18-23-4.8 - Vacating a HearingThe Hearing Officer shall vacate a hearing if:
1. The parties agree to vacate the hearing;2. The Agency dismisses the matter;3. The non-Agency party withdraws their appeal; or,4. Pursuant to Rule 5.6 Failure to Appear at a Programmatic Administrative Disqualification Action, the Hearing Officer determines that a Client had good cause for their failure to appear at a Programmatic Administrative Disqualification Action.Miss.
