Rule 18-23-3.6 - Submissions to the Hearing Officer

Any submissions to the Division of Administrative Hearings shall be sent via email to admin.hearings@mdhs.ms.gov unless otherwise directed by these rules, the Hearing Officer, or Agency policy and State and Federal law.
