Rule 18-14-8.4 - Duplicate ParticipationA. No one can participate as an eligible member of two or more households, in more than one county, or state in any month.B.Exception: A resident of a shelter for battered women and children can be a member of the same household as the person who abused him or her as well as participate as a member in a separate household.
