Rule 18-14-4.2 - Screening RequirementsThe following households are entitled to expedited service:
A. Households with less than $150 in monthly gross income and liquid resources of $100 or less;B. Migrant or seasonal farmworker households who are destitute and have liquid resources of $100 or less; orC. Households whose combined monthly gross income and liquid resources are less than the household's monthly rent or mortgage payment and utility expenses (including entitlement to a standard utility allowance (SUA) if the SUA is higher than actual bills).
