Rule 18-14-33.9 - InterviewA. An interview must be scheduled with a member of the household or an authorized representative at least once every 12 months for households certified 12 months or less.B. Recertification applicants have the choice of a face-to-face interview even if MDHS routinely provides telephone interviews.C. Interviews must be scheduled so that the household will be given at least 10 days to provide the necessary verification prior to the end of the certification period.D.
