Rule 18-14-33.14 - Delayed Processing Due to Household DelayA. If the recertification process is delayed beyond the end of the expiring certification period due to a household delay, benefits will be prorated based on when the recertification application is filed.B. When a household files an application prior to the end of the certification period, regardless of whether the application was submitted by the 15th of the last month, and the household completes the last outstanding required action within 30 days after the end of the certification period, benefits will be prorated to the date the household took the required action.C. When a household files an application within 30 days after the last day of the certification period and completes all required actions within those 30 days, benefits will be prorated from the date of application.18 Miss.
