Rule 18-14-33.11 - Available Employment and Training Services Advisement at RecertificationA. Households that meet all of the following criteria must be advised of available employment and training services: 1. Contain a household member subject to the work requirements in Rule 12.1 General Rule;2. Contain at least one adult;3. Contain no elderly or disabled individuals; and4. Have no earned income.B.
