Rule 18-14-31.5 - Benefit Issuance Schedule

A. SNAP benefits are issued once a month.

B. Households should receive their benefits on the same date each month.

C. Each state determines their monthly benefit issuance schedule.

D. Households must be informed of the benefit issuance schedule.
