Destitute households will have their eligibility and benefit levels calculated for the month of application by considering only income that is received between the first of the month and the date of application.B. Any income from a new source that is anticipated after the day of application will be disregarded.C. Migrant and seasonal farmworkers benefits are prorated only after a break of more than 30 days.D.
