Rule 18-14-26.2 - Homeless Meal Provider

A homeless meal provider is either:

A. A public or private nonprofit establishment that feeds homeless people; or

B. A restaurant that contracts with an appropriate state agency to provide meals at low or reduced prices to homeless people.
