Rule 18-14-2.26 - MDHS DelaysA. If a worker does not take timely action on a case, the delay will be the result of MDHS.B. If the delay in the initial 30-day period is the fault of MDHS, it must make the eligibility determination as soon as possible.C. A case must not be denied if the delay is caused by MDHS.D.
