The Choctaw FDP will serve all eligible reservation residents, Indian and non-Indian.B.Exception: Off-reservation commodity assistance is limited to Choctaw Indian households.C. A Choctaw Indian household is defined as a household containing at least one (1) person age 18 or over, who is a recognized member of the Choctaw tribe.D. An individual must be a legal resident of the United States to participate in the FDP.E. Households where all members receive TANF or SSI will, if otherwise eligible, be determined eligible for the FDP regardless of the income of household members.F.
