Rule 18-14-14.9 - Household IneligibilityA. If the individual who becomes ineligible to participate is the head of a household, the agency will disqualify the head of household permanently and disqualify entire household from SNAP participation for six months.B. The agency will disqualify the household for a period that does not exceed the lesser of: 1. The duration of the ineligibility of the noncompliant individual; orC. A household disqualified may reestablish eligibility if: 1. The head of the household leaves the household;2. A new and eligible person joins the household as the head of the household; or3. The head of the household becomes exempt from work requirements during the disqualification period.D.
